This called for a vibrant and engaging catering experience for their staff launch event, which also included a workshop element.
The catering needed to reflect the youthful, health-conscious brand identity of Youth to the People, while also catering to a large number of guests with diverse dietary needs.

Fork & Field designed a bespoke buffet experience centred around a Vegan Taco Self-Service Station. This interactive station allowed guests to choose the toppings for their tacos according to their preferences, giving them the opportunity to create new combinations for their tacos. The vibrant colours and fresh ingredients perfectly complemented the Youth to the People brand aesthetic.

The Vegan Taco Self-Service Station was a feast for the senses, offering a variety of delicious and customisable options. The star of the show was the Pulled Jackfruit Tacos, featuring tender, savoury jackfruit combined with hearty black beans and creamy avocado for a satisfying plant-based alternative to traditional meat tacos.
To add more to their tacos, guests could choose from a vibrant selection of toppings: vegan salsa, guacamole, cheese, and sliced red onions. These provided a variety of flavours and textures to satisfy the taste buds.
And for those with a sweet tooth, a selection of vegan doughnuts offered an indulgent dessert option.
To complement the meal, refreshing green smoothies provided a healthy and revitalising beverage choice.
The Result
It’s safe to say that the event was a success. The guests loved the delicious and customisable options and the interactive nature of the station. The catering matched with the overall event perfectly, contributing to a vibrant and memorable experience for THG staff and guests.
