Held at The Monastery, an elegant, historic building in the heart of Manchester, SEFE Energy’s Christmas party was an unforgettable event with 150 guests in attendance.

3-Course Event Catering 

The menu for the evening was carefully curated to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Our client opted for a traditional 3-course meal, which is a popular choice for corporate party catering. 

As this was a Christmas celebration, SEFE Energy chose a timeless menu, ideal for autumn and winter events.

The meal began with a delightful carrot and coriander Soup, served with crispy rosemary croutons, which warmed the guests' hearts and palates.

Moving on to the main course, it just had to be our traditional turkey roast. We served this Christmastime classic with our golden and crispy roasted potatoes, honey glazed carrots and parsnips, sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, gravy and, of course, brussel sprouts with bacon. Our client and their guests loved tucking into this classic yet delicious meal. 

The hearty and comforting main course was a true feast fit for the festive season - so it was only right that the meal concluded with an equally decadent dessert - our incredibly moreish sticky toffee pudding. Complete with caramel sauce, honeycomb pieces and vanilla ice cream, this British classic was a hit with the guests at SEFE Energy’s Christmas bash.
